Function - Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
Bookings are NOT confirmed until we receive a signed copy of this form accompanied by a deposit of $500.00 within 14 days of the original booking. If confirmation is not received the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking. An additional 50% deposit is required on each accommodation room booked in conjunction with your function.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Initial deposit payment of $500.00 is required to lock in booking as stated above. Progress payment of 50% of the full quoted price is required 90 days out from function. The balance of total invoice owing, excluding Beverage Tab, must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to function. The Beverage Tab must be paid either at the end of function or the morning after the function. All payments made 24 hours after completion of the booking will be charged an additional late fee of 5% of the total invoiced price. Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply for any function held on a Sunday or Public Holiday.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard, Cheque - made payable to Goolabri Country Resort PTY LTD or alternatively payments can be made by way of EFT.

Full refund of a deposit will be made where 6 months notice is given in writing *. If cancellation occurs within 90 days, progress payment refunds are subject to the space being resold. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of your function, the 50% progress payment is non refundable. If a function is canceled as late as 48 hours prior to its due start, the organisers will be charged the total quoted price of the function.
*Deposits and progress payments are not refunded for functions commencing in February or March.
ADVICE OF FINAL NUMBERS
A guaranteed number of guests must be advised no later than 48 hours prior to the function and will confirm the minimum number to be invoiced. A reduction in numbers within 48 hours of the commencement of a function will not reduce the total amount to be invoiced.
CATERINGFunction organisers are not permitted to supply their own food or beverages unless prior arrangements have been made with the Management in which case additional charges may apply.
INSURANCE & DAMAGE
Goolabri cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items before, during or after a function, and suggests that guests arrange their own insurance cover. Function organisers will be liable for any damages to Goolabri property which occur as a result of that function. Additional cleaning charges may apply.
