Terms and Conditions - Short Stay
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
Bookings are NOT confirmed until we receive a deposit of 50% of the quoted price. Confirmation must be received within 14 days of the original booking. If confirmation is not received Management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard, cheque - made payable to Goolabri Country Resort or alternatively payments can be made by way of EFT. Details are as follows:

Please use event number as shown on financial summary or tax invoice as remittance number when making your payment.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES AND PROCEDURE
Reception is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm for check in and check out services.
Your room will be available for check in from 2.00pm onwards. If you require a late check in from 5.00pm onwards, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to check in for details regarding our after hours check in procedure. If you would like an early check in, please contact Reception on availability of this option.
Check out time is 10.00am. If you would like a late check out please contact Reception prior to your arrival to discuss.
Refund of a deposit will be made where 28 days notice is given in writing.* Within 28 days, deposit refunds are subject to the space being resold. Cancellation within 14 days of the accommodation booking requires a fee of 50% of the total amount quoted to be charged. If a accommodation is canceled as late as 48 hours prior to its commencement, the total amount quoted will be charged.
*Deposit refunds for accommodation commencing in February or March are only refundable subject to room being resold.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Balance of payment must be made upon arrival of your stay unless prior arrangements for credit have been made with the Management. All payments made after 14 days of the completion of the booking will be charged an additional late fee of 2.5% of the total invoiced price.
INSURANCE & DAMAGE
Goolabri Country Resort cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of personal items before, during or after your stay. We suggest that guests arrange their own insurance cover for personal items. Guests will be liable for any damages to Goolabri Country Resort property which occur as a result of your stay. Additional cleaning charges may apply. $50.00 fee will be incurred for replacement of lost or damaged unit key.
