CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT

Bookings are NOT confirmed until we receive a signed copy of this form accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the quoted price or an Australian Government Purchase Order. Confirmation must be received within 14 days of the original booking. If confirmation is not received Management reserves the right to cancel the booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard, cheque - made payable to Goolabri Country Resort or alternatively payments can be made by way of EFT. Details are as follows:

CANCELLATION

Full refund of a deposit will be made where 28 days notice is given in writing *.Within 28 days, deposit refunds are subject to the space being resold. Cancellation within 14 days of the function requires a fee of 50% of the total amount quoted to be charged. If a function is cancelled as late as 48 hours prior to its commencement, the total amount quoted will be charged.

*Deposits are not refunded for functions commencing in February or March.

ADVICE OF FINAL NUMBERS

A guaranteed number of guests must be advised no later than 48 hours prior to the function and will confirm the minimum number to be invoiced. A reduction in numbers within 48 hours of the commencement of a function will not reduce the total amount to be invoiced.

ACCOMMODATION

Final rooming list for accommodation booked in conjunction with a function is required 14 days prior. No additional rooms can be guaranteed after that date. Accommodation canceled within 48 hours of the function will be charged back for the full amount. Additional rooms may be booked

CATERING

Function organisers are not permitted to supply their own food or beverages unless prior arrangements have been made with the Management in which case additional charges may apply.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE

Goolabri Country Resort cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items before, during or after a function, and suggests that guests arrange their own insurance cover. Function organisers will be liable for any damages to Goolabri Country Resort property which occur as a result of that function. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Total payment shall be made at the conclusion of the function unless prior arrangements for credit have been made with the Management. An additional late fee of 5% of the total invoiced price will be charged to your event should the balance of account is paid after 14 days of the completion of the event.
